A Bit More of My Story
The short version?
I wanted to help people.
The long version involves Greece, far too many textbooks, academic honors, research labs, U.S. residency training, and years in hospital hallways. But the takeaway is simple: medicine is about people.
Dr. Adams brings the discipline of an internist, the curiosity of a researcher, and the warmth of a physician shaped by hospital medicine, community service, and cross-cultural care.

What Drives Me
My philosophy
(and occasional chaos)
I combine evidence-based medicine with real-life understanding. Here’s what that looks like:
I Listen
Truly listen. Not the pretend-listening doctors sometimes get accused of.
I Explain
No jargon unless you ask for it. You deserve to understand your health.
I Partner
Your goals matter. We make a plan together, not medicine at you.
I Keep It Real
Medicine is serious. Life is personal. Humor helps. So does honesty.
“Every patient has a story. My job is to understand it — and help shape the next chapter.”Dr. Adams
